David grew up with tools in his hands as his dad and grandfather’s taught him how to repair many things. In June of 2023, God changed his life as he followed the call to step away from a salaried position to become a mobile mechanic.

In the beginning, it was slow getting started, and he began questioning God’s plan for his life. He was speaking with a nurse as he was feeling depressed; she told him that God has a plan for his life. She said for his upcoming marriage, his new business, everything that his family will need, that he was to pray Philippians 4:6-7 daily until his life changes.

He began praying this multiple times throughout the day, and a few weeks later, he then met Spencer and Jessica Stone. Spencer told him about His Helping Hands Automotive, and they decided to meet and have a coffee to talk about working together. However, God had another plan, and when they were supposed to meet, David began working with HHHA. It was like they had known each other for years. An amazing friendship had begun, and many people are being blessed by God from their hands and prayers.

God has given him many blessings, including his beautiful wife Nubia, three sons, Dylan, Zachary, and Carlos, and three daughters, Madison, Kylee, and Candy.

His favorite verse is “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7
